A discovery call is a short, no-pressure conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll talk through where you are right now, what's prompting you to look into coaching, and what you're hoping is different six months from now. Sue listens first, asks the questions that actually matter, and gives you a direct read on whether this kind of coaching is the right fit for what you're facing.

There's no script and no obligation. Some people come in with a clear goal, a promotion, a hard conversation, a presentation on the calendar and others just know something needs to shift but can't yet name it. Both are a fine place to start. By the end of the call, you'll know what working together would actually look like, what it would focus on, and whether it makes sense to move forward.

Calls run 30 minutes and can be done by phone or video, whatever's easier for you. Pick a time below, and come as you are. The goal is just an honest conversation about where you want to go next.
